Transactional emails (account confirmations, purchase receipts, course access notifications) are not marketing and will still be sent as needed to service your account.

We retain your account and course-access information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with continued access to purchased courses. Visitor log data (IP address, geolocation) is retained for analytics purposes and may be periodically purged.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication through Supabase, and delegating payment processing to PCI-compliant providers (Stripe). The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
